- CURAquick Clinic participates in most health plans, however, no insurance is required. At the time of your visit, we collect $89 or your applicable co-pay shown on your insurance ID card. For participating plans, we will file the claim for you. We can also provide a receipt for you to send to other insurance providers or your company plan.
